At La Cocinita de Rocy, we are a restaurant dedicated to regional cuisine from the state of Colima and Mexico. Our passion has led us to this great dream with our restaurant, which has 11 years of tradition. We currently have our restaurant located on the Comala-Carrizalillo road at km 12, fulfilling our commitment to grow and reinvent ourselves with you.

Tuxca is a spirit produced in the border area of southern Jalisco, as well as in the northern part of the Colima Valley and its volcanoes. It owes its name to the region of Tuxcacuesco, which is a town and municipality in the region called Sierra de Amula, belonging to the state of Jalisco, Mexico, where during colonial times they began to produce what was called agave wine—mezcal—and which over the years became known as tuxca, an alcoholic beverage with aromas of wood and cooked agave. Production currently takes place in Colima, Tonila and Toliman, Jalisco.
